Ingredients

ripe tomatoes sliced

hard-boiled eggs

pitted green olives chopped

olive oil

sherry vinegar

teaspoon of pimentón

Directions

Arrange sliced ripe tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs on a platter.

Scatter a handful of chopped pitted green olives on top.

Drizzle with a dressing made with olive oil, sherry vinegar and a teaspoon of pimentón.
